Conor and Nessa came from England to discover Lake Como. For Nessa, the plan was simple: a relaxed walk through Careno, one of the lake's most hidden villages, with a photographer along to capture a few memories of their trip.
Among the stone lanes, the steps leading down to the water and the quiet of the eastern shore, it felt like an ordinary afternoon, only more beautiful. Nessa had no idea that Conor had planned every detail, and that this walk was leading somewhere else entirely.
