Do I need any permits for photoshoots in Lake Como?
Yes. Many private villas, such as Villa Balbianello, Villa Monastero, and Villa Melzi, require advance permission for photography (fees range from €300 to €420+). These permits are not included in my packages and must be arranged by the client.
What time of the day is best for photos?
The most flattering light usually happens shortly after sunrise or just before sunset (Golden Hour). Choosing the right moment transforms photos from simply beautiful to editorial-quality imagery.
What happens if it rains?
Weather can shift unexpectedly. I always prepare a backup option—a sheltered location, an alternative spot, or an adjusted schedule—so we can still create beautiful images.
